CapsCuts does not host or claim ownership of any third-party application, software or trademarked material. We are an independent informational resource and are not affiliated with CapCut or ByteDance. Where we reference third-party software, it is for descriptive and educational purposes.
Filing a takedown notice
If you are a copyright owner (or authorised to act on behalf of one) and believe that content on this Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice that includes all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on capscuts.com where the allegedly infringing material is located.
- Your contact information — name, address, telephone number and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

Our response
Upon receiving a valid and complete notice, we will review the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material in question within a reasonable time. We may also notify the affected party and, in cases of repeated infringement, take further action.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with an explanation and your contact details. We will review counter-notices in accordance with the DMCA.
Incomplete or improperly submitted notices may not be actionable. Please ensure your request contains all required elements above.
